I’m writing this because I feel completely scammed by Findandloc. I downloaded this app thinking it was a discounted, limited-time offer. Due to my phone being lost, I only tried the app for less than 24 hours. That was it. I never approved any subscription, membership, or recurring charge. Yet, without my knowledge or permission, ₺900 was charged to my credit card.
This is not only unethical but also illegal. I didn’t receive any confirmation, warning, or notification that my card would be billed. I demand that this charge be refunded immediately. If I don’t receive a full refund within two business days, I will take formal action and file complaints with my bank, relevant authorities, and consumer protection platforms.
This kind of sneaky and misleading billing practice should not be allowed to continue. I urge anyone reading this to stay far away from this app. Findandloc, return my ₺900 now.
