Findandloc Charged ₺599 Without Notice After ₺30 Trial

I signed up for what I believed was a ₺30 trial membership with Findandloc, as clearly stated during the process. However, without any prior notification or my consent, the company withdrew ₺599 from my account. I never authorized this charge, and there was absolutely no clear communication or agreement regarding such a high fee.

This is completely unacceptable. A company cannot advertise a low-cost service and then silently charge a large amount without informing the user. It feels deceptive and unethical.

I am demanding a full refund of the ₺599 that was withdrawn without my approval. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will file an official complaint through the appropriate legal channels. My rights as a consumer were violated, and I expect this to be corrected without delay. Fix this now and return my money.
