On 31 December 2025, an amount of R750 was deducted from my Capitec account in Johannesburg with the description “Finda net”. I do not know what product or service this deduction is for and I did not knowingly agree to any such transaction. I request that this deduction be fully refunded to my account and that I be informed clearly why and on what basis this amount was taken. If there is any service or debit order linked to this deduction, I also request that it be cancelled immediately.
