I Face Unauthorized $50 Charge from Finda.net After Failed Phone Tracking Service
On September 25, 2025, I made a $1 payment through my bank card to use the Finda.net service to locate my lost phone. However, the location service did not work, and I was unable to track my device. Later that same day, I attempted to cancel my subscription, but encountered a system error during the cancellation process. Despite this, on September 26, 2025, I discovered that $50 had been withdrawn from my account without authorization.
I can no longer log into my Finda.net account, as it now states that my subscription has already been canceled. I contacted customer service but have not received any response.
This is the first time I have ever experienced such an issue, and I have proof of payment that I can provide if necessary. I request the immediate refund of the unauthorized $50 charge and expect Finda.net to resolve this issue promptly to prevent similar consumer grievances.
