Finda.net Tried Charging Without My Consent After One-Time Use

On January 10, 2025, Finda.net attempted to withdraw ₺695 from my bank account—without any prior notice, permission, or subscription confirmation. Thankfully, my card was disabled for online purchases, so the transaction was blocked. But the fact that they tried to charge me such a high amount without my approval is extremely alarming.

I only used Finda’s service once, and I paid a small fee of ₺29 at the time to locate my phone. I did not authorize any subscription, nor did I agree to recurring charges. I’m furious that the company assumed the right to charge me again—especially such a large amount—without my consent or notification.

If they somehow enrolled me in a subscription without clearly informing me, I demand it be canceled immediately. I also want a written confirmation that no charges will be made in the future. This kind of misleading and unauthorized billing is unacceptable. Finda must take responsibility and address this issue urgently.
