I Face Unauthorized $20 Charge from Finda.net Despite Approving Only $1 Service
On Friday, August 8, 2025, an unauthorized withdrawal of $20 was made from my bank card through Finda.net. Before this, there had been a small $1 charge, which I was aware of and approved. However, the $20 transaction occurred without my knowledge or consent.
These charges happened while I was using Finda.net’s number lookup service. Since then, I’ve been unable to contact Finda.net customer service for any clarification or support. My account is registered under the email address y*************@gmail.com**.
I request a full investigation into this unauthorized transaction and the immediate refund of the $20 that was charged without my approval.
