I Canceled Finda.net but They Kept Charging My Account
I had a subscription with Finda.net which I cancelled, and when I now enter my email address on their system it clearly shows that my subscription is already cancelled. Despite this, they have deducted R 750.00 twice from my account, once in December and again in January. These double deductions were taken even though I am no longer subscribed, and I did not authorise these payments after cancelling. I request a full refund of all the incorrect R 750.00 charges that were debited after my cancellation and expect Finda.net to ensure that no further amounts are taken from my account in the future.
