Finda Subscription Cancelled But Still Charged

I had a subscription with Finda which I cancelled through the Finda website on 17 February 2026. Despite cancelling, I was still charged 1,273,657 VND after the cancellation. My Finda account is registered with the e‑mail address oxanasiv***@gmail.com. After noticing the charge, I contacted Finda customer service. They informed me that my account had been cancelled, but they did not provide any information about a refund and then stopped replying to my messages. I find it unacceptable that I was charged after cancellation and that my attempts to resolve this have been ignored. I kindly request a full refund of the 1,273,657 VND that was charged after my cancellation and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and will not be charged again.
