I placed an order with Fila TR on 4/4/2023, but it hasn't arrived yet, even though I've emailed customer service many times. After I contacted them, they told me that my package had been lost and that they would only refund 40% of the shipping cost. But I'm not to blame, and I don't agree with this answer. As a customer, I have the right to either get what I ordered or get my money back in full. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. I paid for the product and shipping in good faith, so I shouldn't be punished for something that wasn't my fault. I want Fila TR to own up to their mistake and fix it in a way that makes sense. As a loyal customer, all I want is fair treatment and a quick solution to this problem.
