On 10.05.24, I ordered a tracksuit from FILA Turkey. It's been a month, and I haven't received any information or updates about my order.
Firstly, when I tried to contact customer service, I couldn't reach them because they don't seem to exist. I emailed them twice, but they never responded. It feels like they don't care or, as I mentioned, they might not even exist. Then, I tried to communicate through FILA's Instagram address, but no one responded there either.
My order number is #44b638-469. To resolve this, I want an apology from the company and my order delivered to my address correctly, without any wrong items. I will check this issue daily for answers, and if FILA does not address my concerns here, I will take legal action against them.
