On March 14, I placed an order on fila-tr.com for a pair of shoes, leggings, and a t-shirt. It’s been weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. What’s worse, I was charged twice on my card for the same order. That’s a serious issue—and to make matters even more frustrating, I can’t even track the shipment. There is no functioning tracking system, no order update, nothing.
I tried reaching out through the listed email address [email protected], but I never received any response. Not even an acknowledgment. At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed.
Fila, if this is your official site, then you need to fix this immediately—either send my items or refund my full payment. If not, you should take action against fraudulent sites using your name. I want my money back and a clear explanation now.
