Zara Refuses Refund Despite Returning Item with Valid Code

I returned a product to Zara following their return policy and using the provided return code. The package was delivered to the seller on October 24, 2024, as confirmed by the shipping company. However, Zara is now claiming they never received the item and has not issued my refund.
I followed every step of the process correctly, yet I’m being denied my rightful refund. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Zara, which should prioritize customer trust and satisfaction.
I am requesting Zara to resolve this issue immediately by locating the returned item or processing my refund without further delays. Customers should not have to deal with such frustrating experiences.
