It's been 4 months and the new car has not arrived. On 19.12.2022, I ordered a new Fiat Egea Cross Street Plus package at the Çorlu Haliç Oto dealer and gave a deposit of 30000 TL. Unfortunately, it was March 2023, but it did not reach me even though it was said to be in your hands in March. We hear that dealers are selling cars underhand for extra money. Vehicle prices have increased by 40000 TL in the vehicle I will buy as of April. It put it on every month. We are victims too. I believe that such a corporate and well-established company should at least investigate these issues and be sensitive about their return. I wrote two articles from the contact form. There was no turning back. Please I am waiting for your reply. Remember, one loss of a customer actually means a lot of loss of customers. A well-established and leading company should follow a faster and more effective way of finding a solution. I'm waiting for news. I called yesterday and e-mailed several times, but I could not contact anyone. I think I'll take it to Consumer Court now.
