Peugeot 308 GT Delivery Delayed with No Answers!

On December 25, 2023, I purchased a Peugeot 308 GT model from the Düzce Peugeot dealership and made the payment. However, the car has not been delivered yet. What's intriguing is that neither the dealership nor the Peugeot headquarters knows where the car is currently. The uncertainty also extends to when the car will be delivered. Previously, it was indicated that the delivery would take place by December 29, 2023, at the latest. I have never encountered such a ridiculous situation where they don't know the whereabouts or delivery time of a car. I hope the delivery happens, but nonetheless, I will take the car to an expert for evaluation. I am experiencing this simplicity from Peugeot, a global brand. It's my first time choosing this brand, and I regret it. Moreover, the replacement car they provided, a Fiat Egea, had a flat tire, wet seats, and a terrible smell inside. Since the car couldn't be delivered, I had to return to Marmaris, incurring additional expenses. I spent approximately ₺4500 extra to travel to and from Marmaris. I am a victim of this situation; please consider other alternatives.
