FedEx Unjustified Charges and Delays

FedEx continues to be a pain because they won't send an item I ordered from overseas because they say it has crossed into commercial territory because it's worth more than a certain amount. But it has nothing to do with business, because my box only has herbal supplements for my sick daughter. FedEx wants a big fee for the return process, which makes things even worse. How a well-known company could mess up in this way is hard to understand. All I want is for the right things to be done quickly and in a fair way.
