FedEx Won't Refund Me for Incorrectly Billed Invoices and Ignores My Emails

FedEx issued invoices numbered 779229753434 and 779177796892 to my company, and despite the refund being approved, as well as for the invoices TN12024000054944, TN12024000057707, TN12024000058499, TN12024000060457, TN12024000062357, TN12024000062692, and TN12024000064450, which I disputed because they were incorrectly billed to my company, the refunds have not been processed even though I provided my account information. For nearly three months, I have been given evasive responses to my emails with various excuses, and now they are not responding at all. FedEx has issued fraudulent invoices to my company, resulting in unjust gains, and I have been unable to receive my refund for months. My company, Mustafa A**, has been subjected to unfair practices by FedEx Express Turkey Taşımacılık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Since December 2024, I have been repeatedly stalled for different reasons, and now my emails are being completely ignored. The individuals involved include A** M**, Ş*** P**, U** B** T**, the Fcm Dispute Turkey team, and D** K** T**, and I am requesting action to be taken against those responsible, a written explanation for why my emails have gone unanswered for three months, the refund of the invoice amounts that were unjustly billed to my company, and the closure of my account with FedEx along with the deletion of all my personal and company information from their system.

Fedex is overcharging my company and, despite issuing a return invoice, they are not refunding the money and have not bothered to respond to my emails for 4 months. These people are Aysel Mammadova, Şeyda Pezek, Derya Kibaroğlu; I have even emailed Fedex Turkey's general manager Uğur Yüce, but no one in the company takes it seriously. Absolutely do not do any business with this company.
