Unable to Contact FedEx for Customs Clearance

I have been trying to get in touch with FedEx regarding a shipment from China that has been stuck in customs since August 27. After speaking with E** Hanım, I was directed to a customs agent who informed me that they couldn’t handle my case due to TSE control requirements. Since then, I’ve sent three emails to E** Hanım with no response. On September 9, I escalated the issue by emailing FedEx's general address and finally received a reply from E** Hanım again on September 12. I requested the contact of a supervisor to file a formal complaint, but after sending another email to that contact, I still haven’t received any response. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable, and I need this issue resolved immediately! Relevant screenshots are attached.

Even though another 2-week period has passed, there is still no response at all; I am not satisfied at all.
