FedEx Customs And Customer Service Not Helping, Parcels Stuck at the Customs

 The cargo came to me from Egypt, they stopped it at customs and they don't answer my email and they don't offer help with delivery, I'm very upset and I want to file a complaint! 😤😡 I am asking you to provide assistance in this matter, please. My FedEx cargo number 772481109253 and 772481113624 is stuck in customs and it will be almost a month! I have called and e-mailed several times, but no one has helped! Really bad service! Again, I ask you to help me, I need my cargo. What am I supposed to do? Drive there and pick it up? Do something about it but better make it something useful other than empty promises or even emptier apology messages.
