I found that someone took money out of my account without my permission, but Binance customer service says I did it and puts all the blame on me. They say that I withdrew the money and even show me an email that says I approved it. I don't know how they got the money to go to a different wallet address. I sent my Binance account summary, which shows that when the withdrawal was tried, there were two error messages. This shows that I didn't start it. Even with all this proof, they still say I'm to blame. I belong to four other groups that use the same email address, and I've never had a problem like this. I strongly suggest that you don't put your money into this company. If you don't, you could end up getting hurt like I did, and instead of fixing the problem, they will blame you.
