When it opened up again two days later, I was really surprised to see that all the money was gone. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support, but it feels like no one is stepping up to help or take charge of the situation. I put my trust in Binance with my hard-earned cash, and now I feel totally disappointed by their poor support and security.
