I’m writing this with serious frustration toward Binance Global. My wallet—linked to Binance—was manipulated through a fake account, which tricked me into purchasing fraudulent tokens. Despite it being very clear that the account was fake, and even after an official investigation was launched, Binance took no action to recover my stolen assets or penalize the scammer.
In the written correspondence, the fraudulent nature of the account was acknowledged. But despite this, Binance has offered zero resolution and refuses to take responsibility. This shows an alarming lack of protection for users and a system that lets scammers operate unchecked. Even after filing multiple complaints, there has been no preventive step, no refund, and no accountability from Binance.
I lost a significant amount—over ₺15,000 worth of tokens—and I’m left with nothing but silence from a platform that claims to be secure. Binance, this is your platform, and you have a duty to protect your users from fake accounts and scams happening right under your nose.
