My Amazon UK Account Suspended After Using Fast Formation’s Virtual Address

On March 20, 2024, I contacted a company called Fast Formation to establish a business in the United Kingdom. I completed my payment on March 21, and my company was officially formed on March 27. I purchased the Business Package, the most comprehensive option, for around $200. This package was supposed to include company formation, Amazon and e-commerce account setup assistance, and free company closure service. Unfortunately, none of these promises were fulfilled as advertised.
My Amazon UK account was opened on April 3, but it was suspended the same day due to the company being registered at a virtual address and the inability to provide invoices. I spent four months trying to fix this issue alone, but nothing worked. Eventually, on August 28, 2024, I decided to close my company. However, even though the package was supposed to include free closure, I was asked to pay £270, later “discounted” to £190 (around $275). Despite my objections, I paid this extra fee.
The frustration didn’t end there. I paid for the closure service, but months passed with no progress. By 2025, the situation remained the same. I contacted them multiple times but never received a proper response. On June 24, 2025, a representative named E* asked for my company name; I sent the details on June 25 (Western Eco Limited / 16017112). Despite this, nothing happened. I followed up again on August 21, 2025, but they ignored my messages — even though I could see they had read them.
Today is September 4, 2025. After a year and a half, despite paying every requested fee, I have not received any of the promised services. Fast Formation has completely cut off communication.
Although the company presents itself as corporate and professional, my experience shows otherwise. They wasted both my time and my money, and their so-called “support” vanished the moment payment was made. I want to warn others who are considering forming a company in the UK not to go through the same disappointment.
I hereby state that I will pursue all legal actions necessary and report this situation to the relevant authorities until my issue is fully resolved. I demand a full refund of all fees paid and the free closure of my company as initially promised. I also expect a formal written explanation from Fast Formation regarding this entire process.
