In the last quarter of 2024 (around October–November), I applied through Fastformation to establish two companies under my spouse’s name — one in the United Kingdom (UK) and another in the United States (USA). I paid for both setups by credit card. During the application, I specifically requested that the two companies be completely independent of each other, and the team confirmed this.
The UK company was successfully formed within about 15 days, and I was told the company details would be sent to me by email. However, the U.S. company formation process has taken far too long. At first, I was told they were waiting for the EIN number, but afterward, I received no updates at all. I’ve tried contacting them via WhatsApp multiple times, yet no one has replied or taken responsibility. It has now been over 1.5 years, and I still haven’t received the incorporation documents for the U.S. company.
Because of this delay, I had to store my products in a warehouse, paying monthly storage fees unnecessarily. Now, the expiration dates of my products are approaching, causing me financial loss on top of this frustration.
Despite all this, Fastformation remains unresponsive. I urgently request that they send me the Auth Code for my UK company and the incorporation documents for the U.S. company without further delay. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately to prevent any further damage.
