Fastformation.co Scammed Me After Paying $650 — No Service, No Refund
I’ve worked with many service providers and companies throughout my entrepreneurial career, but I have never encountered a company as unprofessional and unreliable as Fastformation.co. I initially worked with a man named E* for the accounting of my UK-based company. During that time, there was almost no activity on the company, and I couldn’t follow up much. After the first year, I decided to close the company, but later changed my mind and decided to move my operations to Europe by registering for VAT in France. Once again, I contacted E*.
I paid $650 for the VAT registration and also paid for the company address renewal. Some time later, when I checked, I was shocked to see that the address hadn’t been renewed and my company was in the process of being dissolved. On top of that, no VAT registration had ever been made. When I reached out to him, I demanded that the company be properly closed and that all payments I made be refunded. He said he would handle it.
After that, the phone number I used to reach him suddenly turned into the company’s generic customer service line. Since then, all I’ve heard are empty phrases like, “Send us an email, we’ll check,” or “We forwarded it to accounting.” When I ask specifically for E*, I get no response. When I call the main company number, I’m told, “We’ll pass your message along,” but of course, no one ever gets back to me.
I’ve been patient long enough, but now I’m handing the matter over to my lawyer and initiating legal proceedings. This won’t be a simple case. There isn’t a single example of a business that’s received proper service from them. Fastformation isn’t even a legitimate accounting or service company — they simply act as a middleman, taking the cheapest online service packages that you yourself could easily find and apply for, and reselling them to you at the highest price possible. They don’t even have formal contracts with the companies they claim to partner with.
Everything they do is incomplete, error-filled, and delayed by months. They’re polite and responsive only until you make your payment — after that, you’re on your own. Please, don’t ever work with companies like this. Always choose global, well-established firms and never rely solely on word-of-mouth recommendations.
Sooner or later, justice will prevail.
