Contaminated N&D Dog Food from Farmina – My Refund Request Ignored




I purchased a 10 kg bag of N&D dog food from Farmina.com, and upon opening, I found various contaminants including hair, fur, splinters, sharp objects, blue particles, and sprouted grains with white bubbles. This is completely unacceptable for a product intended for pets. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact customer service and, after days of waiting, finally received a response. However, they refused to offer a replacement or refund, despite the packaging stating a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It’s worth noting that the product was manufactured 18 months before the expiration date, indicating it's close to expiring.
The bag remains unopened with its contents intact because I refuse to feed this defective and potentially harmful product to my dog. The customer service response has been unsatisfactory and dismissive. I urgently demand a full refund and wish to return the faulty product. If my request is not resolved promptly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, pursue legal action, and make this issue public through various channels.
