Trendyol Sent Wrong Product Twice – I Demand A Refund!

I placed an order for Njoy 15 kg cat food from Trendyol Kuzey Pazarlama, but you have sent the wrong product twice! The first time, I didn’t make a big deal out of it and gave the food to stray cats, but even they refused to eat it! Moreover, there is a price difference between the product I ordered and the one you sent. I paid for a more expensive cat food, yet you deliberately sent me a cheaper, lower-quality product. This is intentional deception! After checking the reviews, I noticed that many other customers have experienced the same issue. This is a disrespectful and fraudulent practice. When I realized that the second delivery was also incorrect, I tried to return the product, but I was told that I had to carry a 15 kg bag to the post office myself because you shipped it with PTT Kargo! This is unacceptable and puts an unfair burden on the customer. I know my consumer rights, and I demand an immediate resolution! • Either refund my money • Or send me the correct product that I originally ordered! If this issue is not resolved, I will take legal action and file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
