Trendyol Delivered Wrong Cat Food Order
On July 25, 2024, I placed an order for 15 kg of cat food to be delivered to a feeding team in Hatay Defne. However, the company sent 85g of wet food instead, and many other customers who donated to the same team received similar incorrect shipments. We requested a return, but Trendyol responded the next day saying that the seller had left their marketplace, so the return process could not be completed. Today, I found that the same seller has also been making similar mistakes on Hepsiburada. Trendyol not only failed to address the issue with such a seller but also advised us to pursue our rights through legal means. I am filing a complaint against Trendyol and the Adana-based company selling under Titanik Shop on Trendyol and Tampa on Hepsiburada.
