Trendyol Seller Sent Damaged Cat Food Only 250g Instead of 1kg and Blamed Me

The cat food I purchased through Trendyol arrived damaged due to the seller’s negligence. The packaging was so careless that even though I bought a 1-kilogram product, the item I received was only 250 grams; half of it had spilled during transit and had gone bad in the heat. The smell was so awful that it wasn’t just unfit for a cat to eat—it was too foul to even touch. When I contacted the seller, they told me the problem was my fault. The customer service was very poor, there was no attention to customers, the product packaging was neglected, and there were communication issues. The company also has a lot of negative reviews. Trendyol needs to address this situation immediately.
