Farmasi BB Cream Changes Color and Causes Skin Reaction

After using the No. 2 BB cream I purchased from Farmasi on June 26, 2026, for approximately one week, I noticed that both the texture and color of the product had completely changed compared with the one I had used previously. The color is now much darker, does not match my skin tone, and looks nothing like the No. 2 shade I had used before.

Shortly after using the product, I developed significant breakouts and redness on my forehead, chin, cheeks, and around my nose. I had never experienced this problem when using this product previously, which makes me believe that there may have been a change in the product's ingredients or formula. When I contacted the place where I purchased it, I was told that this was normal. However, I do not believe that the condition that developed on my face is normal.

I request that the product be examined and, if necessary, checked based on its ingredients and batch number, and that the defective product be replaced. I also request that the necessary quality-control checks be carried out to prevent similar issues from occurring again and that I be informed about the findings and outcome of the investigation.
