Allergic Reaction to Face Product: Neutrogena Must Respond

My face developed redness, swelling, and a burning sensation after using this product. Even the skin around my lips began to peel. My face is extremely hot, and I've noticed a breakout of pimples. I trusted the brand and purchased it, only to use it for two days and ruin my face. My face has been in terrible shape for three days. What could possibly have caused this? Furthermore, the product has no expiry date, only a "12 months" indication. How am I supposed to know when it was manufactured so that I can use it appropriately? I believe I was sold an expired product. I demand an explanation right away. Otherwise, I will file a lawsuit because my face is severely burned.
