On September 13, 2025, I purchased Bepanthol Hand and Face Skin Care Cream from Logo Pharmacy. I used the product regularly, morning and evening, for about two weeks. Within a short time, the scent of the cream changed drastically, developing an unpleasant, chemical, sour odor. Additionally, the texture became runny instead of creamy.
Most importantly, during the period I used this product, I experienced significant breakouts and skin irritation—something I normally never experience. I suspect the product may have gone bad. There were no issues with the packaging or expiration date. The batch number printed on the tube is 2303145.
I contacted Bayer Türkiye, but I received a response stating that “this is not related to us.” I was only given a pharmacy slip at the time of purchase, and I do not have an invoice.
I am requesting a detailed examination of this product, an explanation of what may have caused these issues, and, if necessary, a product replacement or a full refund.
