Estée Lauder Double Wear Formula Change Causes Flaking and Skin Irritation
I would like to state that the formulation of Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation, which I have loved and used for a long time, has changed, and I am not at all satisfied with this new formula. I purchased the product from Boyner on May 10, 2026. I previously used the exact same foundation without any issues, which is why I bought it again, but I am experiencing serious problems with this new bottle.
Whenever I apply the foundation, it leaves a flaky finish on my skin, and even though I use high-end primers, it runs as soon as I sweat. While it never transferred in the past, it now transfers easily, breaks apart, and cracks throughout the day. Furthermore, it causes redness and irritation, which deeply concerns me, so I have completely stopped using it.
I am deeply disappointed that a product I was previously so satisfied with has deteriorated to this extent. I request that the formula be re-evaluated to return the product to its original performance, that my bottle be inspected if possible, and that an appropriate solution be offered to resolve my dissatisfaction.
