Fakir Alina Clean Steam Cleaner Return Rejected After Few Minutes Use
On October 15, 2025, I purchased a Fakir Alina Clean multifunctional steam cleaner for ₺2,250. The product arrived three days later. The next day, I tested it for only five minutes but wanted to return it because it didn’t meet my expectations. I carefully cleaned, dried, and repackaged all its parts, accessories, and original box, then submitted a return request selecting “I didn’t like it” as the reason. My return was rejected on November 2, and the product was sent back to me. I received it again but haven’t opened the package—it remains exactly as the company returned it. I contacted customer service, but no solution was provided. Other than the warranty certificate, I was not informed about any right to return or withdrawal. As a retired consumer who tested the product for only five minutes and cannot use it, I request a full refund for the product.
