Fakir Inovator X Plus 7286 Overheats and Drains Battery Quickly
Hello everyone, I am writing from Turkey. I purchased the Fakir Inovator X Plus 7286 for my mother on 12.05.2024. However, the battery of the rechargeable vacuum cleaner began to drain very quickly, and the device started overheating. These issues made the vacuum cleaner almost impossible to use for even basic cleaning tasks. I sent it to the warranty service, but no action was taken, and they claimed it was a user error. Despite explaining that the vacuum cleaner was used according to the manual and under normal conditions, they refused to address the issue. This has caused significant frustration, as I trusted the brand and expected better service. I request that my issue be resolved and my grievance addressed. Best regards.
