I received the Fakir RS 770 Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar on April 13, 2023, and the authorized service installed and mapped it on the same day. On April 15, 2023, two days after we had put the robot in the charging unit, we took it out to clean the house and use it for the first time. After 15 minutes, the robot started moving around and displayed an error message that said "Touch the collision plate lightly". We followed the service's instructions to reset the robot, update the application, and return it to factory settings, but unfortunately, we were unable to find a solution for the robot. Basically, we took the robot that we installed 2 days ago to the service. We handed over the device to the service on April 15, 2023. The service then created a fault registration report on April 24, 2023, which was 9 days after we had given them the device. I have been in touch with the Fakir Customer Representative since April 19th. Even though I told them I didn't want the device and asked for a replacement, they still haven't given me a clear answer about whether they've resolved the issue since April 19th. I was unsure whether to feel regretful for spending 12.899 TL and feeling disappointed with my purchase or frustrated for not receiving a replacement device despite requesting one for 18 days. When buying products, individuals are willing to pay a significant amount of money to receive after-sales support if needed. We feel quite embarrassed about spending so much money on robot vacuum cleaners, especially when there are models available for 7-8 thousand TL.

"I cannot understand what kind of resolution process has been initiated. We couldn't use the product because it wasn't charging, and despite the product being defective, the Fakir customer representative called and said that because the product is a small household appliance, you need to take it to the service center yourself. For the prestige of a world-renowned brand, the size of the product should not matter. A special technical team should be sent to collect the product, examine it to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a promotional gift to satisfy the customer and ensure their trust, and replace the product with a new one. You cannot ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust this way. It was not befitting for a corporate brand like Fakir."
