Fakir RS770 Robot Vacuum Refund Issue

I handed over my Fakir RS770 model robot vacuum, along with its charger and cable, in its original box, to the authorized service center Can Elektronik Mamak, listed on Fakir's website, on 02/16/2024 for repairs due to some issues. I received a service record message with ID 'M0000337501' confirming the submission. A month later, on 03/16/2024, I learned that the device was repaired and ready for pickup, with receipt number '102295690'. However, upon retrieval, I discovered that the charger in the box wasn't mine; it was damaged and mismatched. Despite assurances of replacement, over two months later, no resolution has been reached. Fakir's customer service rejected my refund request, claiming the charger was shipped. Dissatisfied with their service and product quality, I regret choosing Fakir.

All the conversations I had with Can Elektronik Mamak service and Fakir brand's customer service are, according to them, recorded. The relevant personnel can listen to those recordings to learn all the information. If they are interested.
