I purchased the Fakir Robert RS770 robot vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar in Manisa. From the very first day, the device has not mapped properly, recognizes carpets as obstacles, and works for only 2 minutes before saying the cleaning is complete and trying to return to the charging station. However, it also fails to find the charging station.
Because of this issue, I have sent the device to service multiple times. Each time it was returned to me with the claim that the problem was fixed, but nothing changed and the same issues continued. I also called customer service, and they suggested moving the charging station and resetting the device, but even after trying these solutions, the problem was not resolved.
Although the warranty has now expired, this issue has existed since the first day, and my grievance has never been resolved. I have not been able to benefit from the product at all, and I feel I did not get what I paid for. I request a replacement for this product.
