On October 31, 2024, I ordered a Fakir RS770 Smart Robot Vacuum Cleaner from the Hepsiburada website with the order number 451 791 9510. The product was delivered on November 2, 2024. The installation was performed by Sakarya Teknik Bobinaj on November 7, 2024. They stated that since the product had no charge, it would need to be charged for 8 hours before it could begin cleaning. However, despite the charging light blinking and the app showing that it is charging, the product does not charge at all. It has been impossible to reach the installation service that set it up. When I finally managed to contact them today, they said they only handle installation and do not address any other issues. Fakir's customer satisfaction approach is truly unbelievable. Since the product does not charge, it is a defective item, and I am requesting a replacement with a properly functioning one.

I cannot understand what kind of resolution process has been initiated. We couldn't use the product because it wasn't charging, and despite the product being defective, the Fakir customer representative called and said that because the product is a small household appliance, you need to take it to the service center yourself. For the prestige of a world-renowned brand, the size of the product should not matter. A special technical team should be sent to collect the product, examine it to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a promotional gift to satisfy the customer and ensure their trust, and replace the product with a new one. You cannot ensure customer satisfaction and brand trust this way. It was not befitting for a corporate brand like Fakir.

I am requesting an exchange, but it is being met with a negative response. Why isn't a defective product, which has never been used, being exchanged for a new one? A brand cannot be this indifferent.
