Fakir Refused Warranty for My Bolt X Plus Aqua 8472 Vacuum’s Main Brush Head

The Fakir Bolt X Plus Aqua 8472 Moon Gray cordless upright vacuum stopped functioning after a loud noise from the main LED-lit brush head, which also holds the mop attachment, caused the roller brush to stop spinning. This happened one year after purchase, rendering the vacuum unusable. When I took it to an authorized Fakir service center with the invoice, they stated that the warranty does not cover product attachments and that I would have to pay ₺45,000 for a new brush head, as repairs were not possible. How can the main component of a vacuum, which they call an attachment, not be covered under warranty? Despite the product having a two-year warranty, they refused to cover the issue even though it has only been one year. I am completely dissatisfied with this situation.
