eZeeWallet Closed My Account After Failing to Verify My ID Country

eZeeWallet is a financial organization that provides financial services, and a few days ago I decided to apply for their services. When I tried to verify my ID, my country was not on the list, so I could not complete the verification. I requested that their customer service add my country, but their responses were very slow and far less efficient than expected. The process was troubled, improper, inadequate, and ineffective. They told me to retry the verification process repeatedly, yet each time the same problem occurred because my country was still missing from the list. I even sent them legitimate documents by email for verification, but the whole process dragged on longer and longer. Finally, I received an email yesterday stating that my account was closed with no explanation or details provided. The compliance department handled the matter in a peculiar way, and it is clear that their customer service agents are incapable of providing accurate and sufficient support. I believe this organization could be risky for our money and it is better not to use their crippled services. It is very frustrating.
