For nearly one year, I have been waiting for Jeton Wallet to process my withdrawal. Every time I check, the status only says “In Progress”, but the payment is never completed. I have contacted them repeatedly, yet I receive no response by email or any other support channel.
The most frustrating part is that the issue is never resolved — instead, I feel I am constantly being stalled without any concrete answer. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for a financial service.

I am demanding that Jeton Wallet either process my pending withdrawal immediately or refund my money without delay. Customers deserve timely payments and real customer service, not silence and endless excuses.
