I Report Atomic Wallet Withholding Funds: Cannot Withdraw Despite 2 ETH Deposit

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Atomic Wallet account: I cannot withdraw my funds despite multiple attempts and following their instructions. I was explicitly told that to access my money, I needed to deposit 2 ETH for account verification. Trusting this instruction, I complied and successfully made the 2 ETH deposit.

However, even after making this significant deposit, I still remain unable to withdraw my original funds. I am now being informed that I cannot access my money because the verification process was not completed successfully, which makes no logical sense after I fulfilled their specific demand for 2 ETH. This situation has caused me immense financial distress and profound frustration, as my substantial funds are effectively trapped within the wallet, and I am caught in an endless loop of unfulfilled requirements. The lack of a clear, functional verification process and the inability to access my own assets are unacceptable.
