Problems with eZeeWallet's Account Verification and Long Withdrawal Times

Lately, I've been having a lot of trouble with eZeeWallet. To be honest, it seems a lot harder than it should be. In early August 2025, I tried to confirm my account, but the whole thing took a lot longer than I thought it would, which made me very angry. On August 10, I tried to log in on my phone, but the website wouldn't load right. This is even more annoying because I mostly pay my bills on my phone. But the worst part was when I asked for a withdrawal on August 12 and found out it would take 14 business days. It's crazy that I have to wait that long for my own money. I would much rather pay a fair withdrawal fee and get a quick bank wire than go through all of this trouble.
