eZeeWallet Took Money From My Bank - I Got No Help

The way eZeeWallet has handled my case has truly irritated me. I've been looking for answers ever since I discovered a charge that was made straight out of my bank account a few days ago without my consent. I've contacted their support staff several times, but all I've received are evasive responses and little attempt to assist me in getting my money back. While I'm left without access to my own money, it seems like they aren't even considering the problem seriously. For something that was obviously not my fault, I shouldn't have to pursue them. I genuinely cannot suggest eZeeWallet to anyone unless they promptly address this issue and reimburse the money that is due.
