My Exness Balance Not Showing
For the past two days, I have been experiencing balance inaccessibility and an account block on my Exness trading account. I cannot access my account through either the mobile app or the website. I have $101 in my account, and I am unable to reach this balance.
I tried different internet connections and devices on my own, and I also deleted and reinstalled the app, but the issue did not improve. I have not contacted Exness customer service because I do not speak English and thought I would not be able to communicate clearly.
I expect Exness to provide a clear and understandable explanation as to why my account has been blocked and why I cannot access my balance. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
