I attempted to withdraw money from the Exness app using my bank card. I requested a total withdrawal of $1,400, but only $50 was transferred to my account. The remaining amount is still pending in the system, and no approval has been given. I initiated the withdrawal request one day ago, and I still have not received any update.
When I contacted customer service, I was kept waiting and received no clear information about when the remaining funds would be deposited. I am not getting any error messages or special notifications—the withdrawal simply appears as “pending.” I had never withdrawn money from this app before, and yet I encountered this problem on my very first attempt.
I have completely lost trust in the platform and request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, with the remaining balance deposited into my account in full.
