I reached out to their live support team, and they insisted that I had blocked my account, which is simply not the case. I haven't taken any steps to block my account, and I'm puzzled about why this situation has occurred. There was a mention of a potential security issue, yet I haven't received any clear explanation or resolution. This situation is frustrating, as I'm unable to access my funds or keep trading. Live support customer service indicates that the email I sent has been answered, but we have not received any email. We also checked the spam folder. There is no email. I am waiting for your response.
