MEXC Exchange Blocked My Account Without Explanation and Blamed Me for It
MEXC Exchange has unexpectedly blocked my account, and I have not received any clear explanation for this action. I reached out to their live support team, and they insisted that I had blocked my account, which is simply not the case. I haven't taken any steps to block my account, and I'm puzzled about why this situation has occurred. There was a mention of a potential security issue, yet I haven't received any clear explanation or resolution. This situation is frustrating, as I'm unable to access my funds or keep trading. I urgently request MEXC Exchange to address this issue and restore my account access as soon as possible. Effective communication and assistance would significantly help in resolving my issues.
Live support customer service indicates that the email I sent has been answered, but we have not received any email. We also checked the spam folder. There is no email. I am waiting for your response.
