EVRi Lost My Package

I used EVRi to send a package, but unfortunately, they misplaced my box. I was told that they could only cover the cost of my items since I didn't buy any protection, but I had no idea that such an option was available. My entire collection of possessions was stored in that box, yet they refuse to offer any assistance. It seems as though they have little concern and are not actively looking for my package. I would really appreciate it if I could have my belongings returned to me.
