No Response from Emporio Armani After Sending Product for Exchange

I sent my Emporio Armani product for an exchange, but I’ve received no update since they confirmed it was delivered. There’s been no refund, no exchange, and absolutely no communication from their side. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but my messages are ignored, and I haven’t gotten any response. This lack of customer service is really disappointing, especially from a brand like Armani. I just want a simple exchange, but it seems impossible to get any assistance.
