EVRi's Lack Of Communication Left Me Fuming

Even though the seller gave them my right info, I still haven't heard squat from them, they haven't said sorry or given me any updates on where my package is. what's going on with my stuff???? When I buy something, I expect the shipping company to be straight up with me, it's their job to make sure my package gets to me safe and sound once the seller hands it off. But with EVRi, it's like they've gone MIA. I'm sitting here wondering why they haven't bothered to shoot me a message or something. they're not doing their job right, what are they expecting from us then? Come here and praise them? Just bring my package, hope none of my orders ever come to you again!!!
